House of Lilith Policies
At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their House of Lilith experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.
Need to Cancel?
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 48 hours to go, we will have to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total. Not showing up to your appointment without prior notice will mean the full amount of the service will be charged. This protects our stylists from a loss of income.
Running Late?
We understand we all run behind some days! If you're running late, try and let us know if you can. If you're more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily. The full service will be charged.
